Pediatrics: Temerloh vs Kuantan

I'm really amazed at the wealth of patients available in Kuantan vs Temerloh. Here's a simplified comparison:

Temerloh: Very nice specialists, MOs, HOs, nurses. Very slow turnover of patients. In general, most patients do have good signs. Air conditioning is a boon. Every week, there will be an interesting case. But as the turnover is slow, you can't expect any more than 1 good patient a week.

Kuantan: Nice specialists (except 1), others are in general just as good as Kuantan. But the ward can become overcrowded, making clerking uncomfortable for both student and parent/child. It's hot. However, it has a lot more patients, allowing a greater chance at meeting uncommon/rare cases (maple syrup urine disease, croup, cerebral palsy), as well as seeing more of the common cases which might not be seen in Temerloh (e.g. asthma, viral fevers).

Do correct me if I'm wrong.
