Nothing much, but as usual pretty tiring. What's amazing is that in general, my lower body is just as sore as my upper body after today's bench press session.
Bench Press:
3 warm up sets (20, 40, 45 kg)
50 kg x 3
55 kg x 3
60 kg x 6 reps (got more than the required number that is 3)
Bent-Over DB Rows:
35 lb x 6
40 lb x 5
45 lb x 2 sets of 5 reps
Farmers Walks:
53 lb in each hand x 3 trips probably lasting 1 min each
Single leg Romanian deadlift:
45 lb x 3 sets of 5 reps each leg.
Tried out a few reps of some olympic lifts with an empty barbell, especially the hang clean, and some snatches. I fell down backwards during the overhead squat portion of the snatch on a rep. Looks like I'll focus on overhead squats for a while to improve my thoracic and scapular mobility first. The hang clean needs refinement, but looks good for a start.
Now it's time to go away and cry away the pain from my almost-torn-off calluses I've gently cultivated before this.
