Yesterday, did deads up to 65 kg for 5 reps. Only slightly reduced the intensity of my assistance lifts. Today did bench press up to 40 kg for 5 reps. Being relatively too light, I went ahead and did another set of 5.
Next month 95% for deads and bench press: 107 kg and 67 kg.
I definitely feel less tired after the sessions, especially regarding CNS fatigue. I can't wait for the next cycle, for which I'm planning to retest my 1RM's during the max effort weeks, which will be during Ramadhan. Sweet.
