Discipline!

One of the easiest way to achieve discipline is to make yourself accountable, of which one of the easiest way is to make people aware of your intentions. That way, if you break your own rules, someone else can kick your 'nads till you beg them to show mercy. That'll keep you compliant to anything. So I'm modifying Craig Ballantyne's idea of posting his daily food intake to the internet (Twitter becomes his culinary diary).

The final 4 weeks of this elective-holiday will be a phase of planned calorie deficit. 6 days of dieting, 1 week of planned refeed (depends on which weekday has more wedding ceremonies). I won't cut out carbs altogether though; crankiness associated with too-low carb diets will make observing daily 6 hour long surgeries difficult.

Breakfast: 1 roti telur, 2 soft-boiled eggs
Lunch: 2 pieces of high-protein meat, e.g. chicken breast, veggies.
Dinner: 1 piece of high-protein meat, veggies.
Post-workout: 2 serving of protein powder (lifting), 1 serving (cardio)
Cheats I'll allow myself to maintain sanity: Coke light, Clorets

Notice how there's no room for rice. Most of the carbs will come from the roti telur. I'm basically reducing from 4 pieces of meat/day previously (which is already giving results, only at a slower pace). I'll continue my current program of lifting (preferably) on Tue, Thu, Sat, complete rest on Mon, energy systems work on the rest.

There you go. If I don't follow this, you've the license to punish me, hopefully without resorting to kicking my 'nads.
