Why I can't Reach My Shoulder Blades Around My Back

Now I know what mystery has ailed my right shoulder for years: internal rotation deficit. My left arm can easily reach back to my thoracic spine and touch my scapula when reaching from my hip (not over the shoulder); my right arm is limited to the lumbar spine, and that in itself is a bit painful. If you're interested in looking at the "diagnostic" physical therapy pics, which are exactly like my condition as they're all showing problems in the right arm, you can go here: (see point no 13), (see point no 5).

The years of playing goalkeeper for football/soccer and futsal have dealt their damage, as I was always known as someone with a strong arm swing throw. I don't think basketball would have been responsible, as arm swings for throws only occur with very far passes. Looks like more rehab exercises are in line for my schedule.
