After (just the necessary) warmups:
All were using a 10 kg dumbbell...
10 dumbbell swings
10 dumbbell clean and jerks for each hand
10 dumbbell snatches for each hand
Rest 1 min
Repeat all over again.
I'm too tired to do another set, probably more tiring than when I did 500 skips with the jump rope in 3 minutes. My heart was definitely at least in the 140's when I put my hand on my chest after the last snatch. Maybe I'll time next time, and when I'm feeling more comfy I'll do say 12 c+j's and snatches. No "muscle fatigue" but definitely a pounding heart, yes.
