No fillers except stretching for this one. Only 1 thing in mind: 1 rep max.
Deadlifts:
60 kg - 5
90 kg - 3
100 kg - 1
110 kg - 1
120 kg - 1
130 kg - Failed in 2 attempts. Both barely cleared the knees as I couldn't hold on to the bar.
125 kg - Failed to hold lockout for 1 sec. I quickly lowered the bar as I felt it start to slip out of my hand.
In all failure attempts, the offending hand was the left.
To punish myself, I did 4 farmer's walks, about 14 m each, using 2 25 kg dumbbells.
