Deadlifted 100 kg's for 8 reps, despite having been driving for 4 hours followed by segmented sleep totalling 5 hours before the session. Abe should have taken a vid of those deadlifts as I looked like having a rectal prolapse at any given moment. Muahaha.
Bench wasn't as impressive, but just as good. Got 64 kg's for 3 reps before calling it a day.
Next up are front squats and military presses tomorrow and the day after. But for the next cycle I'll definitely up the deadlift and bench press, up to a 100% of 113 kg and 70 kg respectively (the 95% of those numbers will be what I'll actually lift).
