Training Log - Up to Sept 12 2009 + Miscellanea

Tried to do barbell complexes for cardio on Wednesday. It was an ok idea on a non-fasting month, but a disaster on a fasting month, like now. Both Abe and I literally collapsed the next day, so we combined two sessions together into 1.

Followed my mainlifts as usual, and tried to go for 6 total reps.
Front Squat - Up to 73 kg. The problem here was maintaining my clean grip with the bar, so I had to reset myself 3 times to get those 6 reps.
Standing Shoulder Press - Up to 40 kg. No problems

Next was a circuit of the following for 3 rounds:
Single leg deadlift (lt leg) - 50 lb for 6 reps
3 sec paused pushups - 12 reps. Had Abe count the pauses for me.
Single leg deadlift (rt leg) - 50 lb for 6 reps

Next was a circuit of the following for 3 rounds:
Plank salutes for 10 reps (5 salutes each side)
5 Pallof presses with cable facing the left. Load = 24 kg
5 Pallof presses with cable facing the right. Load = 24 kg

Miscellanea:
Celebrated getting the D with a feast with some of my friends. Bought some KFC chicken, Big Apple doughnuts, and a lotta drinks. Pics later (used Nadhir's camera). Lots of food left over, I decided to leave it at Nadhir's house, as I was sure not to eat any more.

Looks like Apple didn't put the camera into the iPod Touch. Looks like I'll either have to wait until they do, or wait to get myself an iPhone. Either way, my wait to have a camera with an iPod replacement will have to wait.
