Looking at the Bigger Picture of Things

Well, you can get too obsessed with stuff that should be long-term progress, but I can't help myself. 1RM estimation (based on Wender's formula [weight + (weight*reps*0.033)]), body weight, and body stats.




Current Weight:
Fluctuates between 83 kg (this morning) and 85.5 (two days ago). I guess it's all water changes. Not much change since all the way before fasting month.

Body Stats:
Neck - + 0.5 inches (15.5). Deadlifts do that.
Arms - Stayed the same (14).
Forearms - -0.5 (12). Oh wait, I'm still getting stronger?
Chest - + 1 (42).
Waist - -1 (38).
Hips - -1 (40).
Thighs - Stayed the same (23).
Calves - -2.5 (14). Wow.

So I'm getting leaner, with better proportions, while keeping my weight as is, and lifting stronger? I'm very happy. Now to study for tomorrow's clinical exam.
